Hello Investors and Subscribers!

Secure Social Media Inc is now compiling a list of current investors who will be invited to create an account, log in and test drive a very basic version of our new Social Media platform. Please understand this is still a work in progress. We consider your feedback very important and will adjust the platform features as needed. 

We are planning new features including:

 o  Streaming Video Feed within SSM internal secure servers

    · This will include in-app purchases with security protection

    · Emojis to make purchases or support those you follow 

    · Ability to Market and Promote Products as an Influencer

    · Feed can show those that you follow and the posts you liked

    · Stream feature films, movies and TV shows (access to additional streaming     platforms)

    · Vloggers; Travel, Health, Finance, News, Personal and Business vlogs

 o Donations/Charity Pages 

   · The ability to send/receive money (future feature)

    · People can create a personal or professional “funding” style page

    · Non-profits can utilize this as well

    · All external sites can be redirected (but internal is more secure)

    · Ads only allowed within the SSM network (using internal secure servers)

    We are awaiting many more new features to be added. Our teams have been vigorously working to achieve the best user experience possible. Our goal is to introduce an inclusive non-profit aspect to our Secure Social  Media communities, where everyone has a voice and the opportunity to be heard.

   Built within this platform is a 501(c)3 called Projects Humana Inc which aims to feed as many children as possible, help the homeless with food and shelter and to assist the elderly in need. The devotion to humanity is something we will always value most. Please join us in making donations to support projectshumana.org.

   Our main mission is to give each person a way to connect. Assisting anyone in need of humanitarian aid, domestically and internationally. With the means and backing from the community, together we change lives! 

  We feel it’s necessary to hear your feedback and make changes accordingly and thank each one of you who care about this cause. Social media platforms have grown too large to truly care about the individual or professional. Improving the way our social media experience is the first step in how we can secure our own data and feel safer online. SSM is fully USA operated, with the best functionality for professional and personal use.

ECONOMICS:

Secure Social Media Inc has continued making progress toward meeting our goal. Interest in the product has grown exponentially. With a limited number of available shares at the current amount we are expecting another surge in the coming weeks. Any new referrals will be greatly appreciated!

NEEDS:

1. More Investors! 

From April 1, 2021- May 30, 2022, we gained 154 investors. Approximately 360,000 shares are still available. Due to a scarcity of the remaining shares and stockholder benefits this is an excellent opportunity. We are still in need of more funding to reach our goals. Investors are a core asset to any new startup and stand to make exceptional financial gains, especially with the high interest expressed by others around this platform. 

2. Stock Shares Performance

Share sales in the month of February skyrocketed. We are considering the addition of selling ‘convertible notes’ by holding a 3 to 5 year note that earns interest on your investment. These are available to everyone, including those who don’t qualify as “accredited investors”. We will send out a notice when we create the terms of those agreements. Please contact us if interested in this option.

3. New Investors

We have extended the opportunity to buy shares at $3 per share until we launch. Share prices will then be raised to $4 per share. Those who invest at this price will gain approximately 25% when our site is launched and tested. Original investors could see gains of up to 4x their original investment. Alpha testing is optimistically targeted for the first quarter of 2023. Beta to follow soon thereafter.

The future is looking positive for all of us, but we have been hindered, silenced or simply unable to find the true contentment that does actually exist in this world. There’s too much division, too many debatable topics where we need to ‘choose a side’, instead of trying to find common ground. Coming together as a nation, a people, a society is going to be the key to finding true unity, both locally and globally. This is our main goal.”
